Directions Heating Instructions. Microwave: 1) Place frozen vegetables in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. 2) Add 2 tablespoons water and cover. 3) Heat on High 4 to 5 minutes (cooking times may vary depending on power of microwave and type of container used), stirring halfway through cooking time. 4) Let stand 1 minute before serving. Stove Top: 1) Bring 1/4 cup water to boil in 3-quart saucepan. 2) Place frozen vegetables in boiling water. Cover and boil 4 to 5 minutes. 3) Drain and serve. To retain highest quality and texture, do not overcook. Keep frozen until ready to use.
